My Card Book

Draft — under review. This is plain-language placeholder wording for a small hobby app, not final legal terms.

My Card Book is a small, single-user hobby app for cataloguing your trading card collection. This page explains, in plain language, what information the app holds and what it does — and doesn’t do — with it.

What we store

  • Your account email and password. The password is stored securely (hashed) by our sign-in provider — we never see or keep it in plain text.
  • Your card data. The cards you add, their photos or catalogue images, conditions, locations, the stories you write, values you set, goals, trade notes, and your book’s design (name, colours, stickers). This is yours.

What we don’t do

  • No analytics or behavioural tracking. The app doesn’t run third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or profiling on you.
  • No ads and no selling your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
  • No sharing your collection. Your book is private to your account; there are no public share links.

Who helps run the app (processors)

To keep the app online we rely on a couple of trusted service providers, who process data only to make the app work:

  • Supabase — hosts the database and handles sign-in (your account and card data).
  • Vercel — hosts and serves the website itself.

Card details and images come from the free pokemontcg.io catalogue. Looking a card up sends its name to that public catalogue; it doesn’t share anything about you.

Your data, your call

You can export your collection and, when account deletion lands, remove your data. Until then, get in touch and we’ll help.
